At RAYMOND WEIL, we are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, you may return your timepiece in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective packaging intact to ensure a safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned timepiece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
